Hello
I am looking for front air ducts for MK1Exige to collect air from face to brakes. I already have boas in 63 mm. Does it exist in “plug and play” ?
Thanks for your interest
Hi Franck
You will need to also cut holes in wheel arch liners.
I hope this makes sense.
Absolutly Mr Pesky. It is already done. I just need the correct air ducts to make a clean job
Franck
Sorry, I misunderstood your original post.
On my car, we cut round holes into the intakes (on the clam), the same size as the “boas”, then bonded the boas to the inside of the intake. Unfortunately I’ve not got any photos, & my car is 150km away from me at the moment!
It is exactly what i think to do if i don’t find le right adaptation. But i can not believe that in UK nobody has ever built the right parts for this…you have so much Exige…

It is debateable whether or not the extra cooling for the brakes is necessary. The factory race series (Autobytel) motorsport Elises did not use it, nor do many of the racers in the LOT Series (including Randy/Russ/Evosal). My extra cooling vents were made in 2003, before I knew that they were not used in the Autobytel series.
Uldis (who posts on this forum) fabricated his own ducts, see http://bookatrack.com/-pg?1960
Thank you Mr Pesky…Uldis’s page is very interesting
I’ve found them useful, definately notice a difference, fade is reduced.
