Im convinced I saw the front of this in a picture on here once … was with a comment “you shouldnt see that”

I think I know what you are referring to. It was some pics posted after a factory visit…some years ago now?

I think David deleted the post when the factory saw the pics, but I might be wrong (memory is overflowing at my age - I need a bigger hard drive up there… )

its another car by that simon guy who does the v6 vx220 and jag engined elises. Simon did that car with many others while he worked at lotus. Spoke to him earlier and thats just a photo he sent to the company as a demo of his work not what he will be selling to them lol

You appear to have hit the nail on the head, Chris, as that makes perfect sense.

Don’t worry, it’s only a “pretend” racecar - I don’t believe it was “engineered” beneath the body panels,& was just a styling exercise at the time.
