Anyone know how much, approx., a full body, i.e. F & R clams, roof, spoilers, second hand is worth?Cheers

Motorsport clams Russ?
I just paid $2,200 US Dollars for a rear clam from Lotus. It was crap and took a lot of work to smooth it out before we could paint it. I might be interested in your front clam, let me know the price if you sell [email protected]
I am looking at a carbon fibre shell this week, and I need to weigh up the cost. If it is a goer, It will be off for painting soon - any wild (but tasteful) paint ideas in someone’s head?

It’d look mean.Lotus have already beaten you to the bright orange, Pesky’s done the strips, I’m not sure lime green would work, what about pink, that’d be different?? The thought had crossed my mind Ian, but if there was a repair (stone chips etc), would it then look daft?
I would have thought stone chips would have just removed the varnish, you may not even be able to see them! If threads from the fibre start to appear re-varnish may be enough (although some advice from the clam producer is probably best).Still think it’d look mean!Ian [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image]
