Exige Buying Guide in EVO this month

Of more use to “potential” purchasers of an Exige (i.e. Me [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/wink.gif[/image]) than any existing owners, but EVO this month have a buying guide on the Exige (aswell as the 340R)Interesting inital statement about needing “Deep Pockets” to run one (?) but in the main section the reliability is rated quite highly, only main thing to watch out for is panel/accident damage.Well worth a look, some of you will recognise the pictured Exige, I’m sure [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image] Oh, but it might not be in the shops till Friday? I’m have a sub so got it early.I’d recommend you buy the mag (excellent this month…) but for those of you who can’t/won’t buy it, I’ve got a scan. Called in at Paul Matty’s in Brum today - 2 Exiges for sale, both Y reg, both Orange. 11k miler in Chrome O is �25k and looks in v good nick, other non- Chrome O is �23k - seen a bit of use.

Miniman let me know how you go on Wed… am often in Brum area, involved in contract at Kings Norton - must call in for a brew some time? Took detour from Stratford today to look over PMs cars as a friend seems intent on buying an Exige after he tried mine!!!

Great EVO Article indeed! Glad to see a nice Exige featured as well Christine!Tone, I know what you mean about the Viper engined bike, I actually saw it in LA at the motor show, its even more brutal in the flesh, than the pictures suggest. I have a Viper, and I have to say the thought of that torque on a bike is a little un-nerving to say the least…-GMan

Just as a side note, I feel like I’m screwing EVO over a bit now, so to make me feel better, if you like the article, buy the mag. Its excellent this month, if only to have that wonderful buying guide in print [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/wink.gif[/image] Oh, and to see a Golf, of all cars (usually disliked by EVO), trounce the Focus RS and get labelled of one of the best hot hatches of the last few years.
