Exige and the Eurotunnel

Any problems with ground clearance? Any advice?

We went to Flomebray a couple of months ago and although i did not take mine, InsaneDJ did and he had no problems at all. Mark

I did it last year, twice (of course,I had to come back)No problems at all, just go for it.Although I did the lower level, didn’t try the upper one. [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image]Uldis

The only way to negate any problems with a ramp - eurotunnel or otherwise is to reverse onto it.sounds obvious but it works.Phil GT

The tunnel is not a problem in my experience, its close but no touching.I was directed to the ground level, I don’t think they would send you upstairs as the appreciate the problem. Anything low appeared to be sent to the "ground " floor

I can only comment on ferries (done that many times) don’t like Eurotunnel at all…very expensive and boring…prefer the old fashioned way… [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image]P&O is ok. had only problems with the seacat (hooverspeed boat) where I had to reverse like already mentioned.later,Bruno
