I was wondering If someone kindly would be able to take a picture of the 2010 onwards s2 front clam mesh/ grill and also measure the size of the mesh holes please? If anyone does I would really appreciate it.
I can try, if you could be a little more specific about which measurements and which mesh - there are 3 on the front, the mesh above the rad, plus the small gaps behind the front wheels.

That would be awesome if you could. I didn’t realise that there’s different sizes and I thought all the mesh on the front clam is the same size but if you could i need the sizes for number 1,2,3,4,5
Measuring wise it’s just the little holes in the mesh as I’m after trying to buy a sheet of mesh to fit that is oem looking. This is how they measure the mesh normally

Oh I see! Sorry, thought you meant the sizes of the bits you’d need. I’m fairly sure it’s the same for all the different parts (except 14 and 15).

Thanks for taking the time to measure. Just so ive got this right the radiator mesh and the front grill mesh is the same size? From the pictures ive got 14 by 8 mm.
Yep, I made it about 13 or 14mm by 8, and yes it is the same all across the front of mine (but remember it’s a Lotus, so they probably just used whatever was lying around!).
Cheers and hopfully I can find some mesh to match. Going to save just over £300 in mesh if I was buying from lotus.
Try these guys, they makes loads of expanded metal mesh in loads of different materials (stainless steel or aluminium might help it from corroding).
