Managed to lose the bracket which supports the output end of CAT to the chassis…small L shaped thingy that fits to one cat bolt and other end into rubber hanger block.
Did a trackday without it with no obvious probs.
Is it critical and if so does anybody have one to spare please ??
Had one on the Elise but not one on my Exige - so I thought they weren’t used…
No problem (as far as I can tell) in 3 years of ownership & track days.

Knowing Lotus penchant for saving weight and not providing anything that’s not needed (inc the rubber mounting and bolted bracket its mounted on) 
- I’d have thought it was necessary, but prob not vital - there’s a lot of metal and joints to support under there.
Prob got one in the bowels of the garage somewhere - I’ll have a look Clive
Lotus still provide them so I have one enroute.
No doubt the added weight will add seconds to my Anglesae lap times…
