I guess the extra hp I now have has blown the stuffing out of my Quicksilver exhaust and with Oulton only 4 weeks away I need advice on what to replace it with. I was thinking of either Larin sports or track or 2ubular track but I want the through diffuser exit.
Anyone any experience of these or advice would be good.
Oh and needs to be track friendly, sound good and not rob me of any hp I have with the quicksilver.

2bular GT3 24x8 beautiful exhaust sounds great and is fine for just about any track

The current quicksilver gets you noticed but I is now way too noisy for anything other than a quick blast.
Snap thats what I have too, I think he does quite often have a few 24x8 GT3’s made up so you may get lucky and get it in time!
I’m no fan of Quicksilver mine lasted all of 1 month! Now I believe I have a long lasting relationship with Jim where I know I can call for any advice or service anytime. He’s a top bloke…I have 421 manifold, decat and GT3 with eliminator kit!
Can you not just repack the Quicksilver ?

i’d go for the larini as long as u stay away from the club sport and track exhaust you should be safe on Db’s…
No cant repack the one I have but they do a repackable version now.
I will just have to get them to swap it under warranty (they did with the first one) and then sell it. Great sound but just too borderline for track use.

The only choice for me is 2bular, get the 24*8 all the power and a great noise that is also trackday friendly
Going to speak to Jim tomorrow Ade. Are they easy to fit or do I need to get garage involved?
simple exhaust is quite easy, but start adding in sport cats or manifolds and best left to the proffesionals unless you are quite handy with the spanners

When you refit the diffuser, make sure you copper slip or similar all the bolts as they sieze really easy
