Just got back from Bedford on the SW circuit. It’s not my fave circuit but it’s close and I wanted to give the car a bit of a shakedown after recent works at JSRacing. It really was an evening of positives :

My brakes were fantastic and Bedford has a few big stops. I’ve struggled with brakes for a very long time now and I am seriously happy to have braking performance inline with the performance of the rest of the car Special thanks to John at JSRacing for a great job - you guys deserve to do well with service like that - really top-notch stuff. I’ll post up full details of my brake set up when I’m not so knackered.

My car is now running Randy’s special flavour of Nitrons and with those and the geo done at Hofamnn’s before Anglesey it is absolutely mega. It feels so sure footed and deterministic in both the fast and slow sections of the circuit…fan-bloody-tastic

Lots of quality machinery out tonight, GT3’s, CSL’s on slicks, R400’s etc etc, let’s just say that even with my truly modest talent I did my bit to uphold the honor of the Exige SC Ricer brigade. The GT3 all over the place trying to keep me behind was laugh out loud funny Lots of positive sentiment voiced in the pits about the car and the usual level of admiration of Martin/Steve Honda based handiwork.
I love my car…that is all
