EP Brake Discs & Bells

Do I still need to fit the O ring with EP discs?

There’s an o ring :astonished:

Lol that doesn’t help me at all

Have never seen an O ring positioned there.

I needed to order a few bits today and saw that, will bolt straight on then.

JUST NOTICED THAT WAS THE WRONG LINK, SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO EP DISCS AND BELLS NOT AP!

Anyway I’m probably going to move these on, I refurbished the bells (stripped polished and reanodised) and they look good, very good but not perfect, with this build I need perfection. I guess I was cutting corners. I asked EP if I could buy just the bells, Geary wants to charge me £80 a bell despite buying the discs on a previous order. A new set of discs and bells are £259+ and the discs alone are £149+. A little pissed off.

What do you guys generally upgrade to AP or are there any other recommended?

I’ve always used AP. I know AndyD used something else and had issues…

I’ve used AP and Alcon rotors with Motorsport bell copies made by BG in Bromsgrove.
used 295 and now 304 dia mat front and 295 at rear with front caliper change, never had any problems.
Have had issues with 308 size on the front and not sure why, so gone back to 304 and problem solved.
Also used 280 size on rear to use standard bermbo calliper .using a special belll and that worked good.

Thanks Andy
