Cant remeber if someone posted about this issue previously. In my ‘S’ (Still running in) when you are doing anything above 50mph and are in 5th or 6th and release all pressure on the throttle, a funny noise comes from the engine. Does anyone have any ideas of what this may be, so that I can raise it at the first service ???

dip the clutch… if the noise goes, its probably the classic gearbox sound that i have had, and noticed in, every Lotus car i have been in
Will give that a try next time I take the Exige out. I will also put it on my 1st service list for them to have a look at. Almost at 600 miles, just can’t wait to explore the revs further.
