Engine bay cover problem

Just been giving the Exige a good clean now it’s back with the new engine & noticed that the outer layer on the perspex cover on the back seems to be delaminating at the edge. You can feel (& see) the edge where it has cracked away.

Any of you experts know what causes this and what to do about it?

Can’t recall ever noticing it before it went inot Horizon???

I think they all do it - I presume it’s heat from the engine bay, being exposed to sunlight etc etc. Mine has warped too since I went Honda.

Kinda thought that would be the case.

I guess it’s one of those issues…
