They do look a bit good. I’d take the certificate and run!
Seriously, as long as the car is hot and everything is working OK, it should just pass with the Lotus ECU. Valve timing and fuelling at idle / fast idle seem the critical things for fiddled-with cars.
I’m not looking forward to my MOT this year, after fannying around with a laptop on the floor of the MOT place last time. Luckily SteveB/DVA pointed me in the right direction.
