Emeralds Rolling Road

Gents,

My Exige is booked in with Emerald in October, and looking at the list of things that they recommend before going there is the removal of the rear diffuser and (I think) the front splitter. The former I have no objection to removing, but will I HAVE to take the front splitter off??

Cheers,
Kurt

It helps with ground clearance getting it on and off the rolling road and having the under tray off helps with heat dissipation.

However, don’t drive your car with the front splitter off as it holds the front edge of the clam to the floor.

Rock up with it on, and if it doesn’t fit on the rollers, its only a 20 minute job to take it off.

My S1 has been on Emeralds rollers at race heights and with a motorsport front splitter on it, so I doubt very much you will have a problem.

I’ve had mine down there a couple of times and never had an issue - I’m running standard ride height.

Cheers Gents, it’ll stay in place then.

Oh happy days!

I can’t see the film, what power did it make? Mines the same colour, but with a red interior…

195 on a low mileage, Scholar built standard engine.
