Can anyone assist me with a 2litre map for the emerald, or even just a 1.9 until I can get it to the dyno.

2L would be 1st prize.

Injector capacity and fuel pressure would be helpful since the fuelling is totally dependent on these, giving you a map for a 1900 with different sized injectors would not be very constructive.

Injectors are 350cc and fuel pressure at 4.2bar. Would it not be possible to re scale the map to my injector and fuel pressure settings?

Jason, yes it may well be possible, but you will need to know the donor map values for CC/min and fuel pressure. Steve Butt’s map will be close to yours in terms of absoilute fuel values and I have a copy hanging around, I’ll ask hime if it’s OK to forward it to you, his injectors are around 235cc/min and the feul pressure 4 bar.

No problem using my map.

I recently rescaled that map for some lager audi injectors and at the same time dropped the fuel pressure to 3.5 bar. The scaling would be ok to get you driving around on light throttle but it was nowhere near good enough if you wanted to open the car up.

I’ve been remapped with the new injectors (but I can’t remember their exact size (they are of the order of 320cc/min @ 3 bar).
