We’ve just confirmed that the Elise Trophy is to support DTM (German Touring cars) at Brands Hatch in just over a weeks time - 8/6 - 10/6.
This is a top 3 car meet in the UK this year - F1, A1GP are the others…
It’s also a round of the FIM world side car championship and F3 Euro series.
With just over a weeks notice we hope to get close to a full grid.
The Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (or DTM for short) have been racing in their current form since 2000 and in recent years have branched out to bring their unique brand of 470bhp Mercedes/Audi saloon wars to fans across Europe. Last July, DTM visited Brands Hatch for the first time and proved a massive hit on the short �bullring� Indy circuit.
Jamie Green and Gary Paffett are set to spearhead the British charge, but five-time champion Bernd Schneider will be the man to beat. With its blend of touring car aces and former F1 stars, including ex-F1 champion Mika Hakkinen, DTM offers some of the most competitive racing on four wheels!
