Due to house plans and another toy, I have decided to part with my Elise/Exige conversion. All original Exige parts used to convert to what it is now. Only requires an Exige rear clam and fittings to look like an Exige or leave as is. I even have a genuine engine cover. Still running a K series but great basis for an engine swap.
Originally purchased this car as a Cat C in October 2003 and it remained stored until back on the road in August 2005. The damage was fairly minimal and still retains it’s original tub.
The car has been 100% reliable and been used on any track days except for an initial ‘shakedown’ after originally completing the car.
Last year the head gasket was replaced with an uprated one, head skimmed, new water pump, alternator, timing belt etc. Also new discs and pads. I have a full folder of receipts and my own service record. The oil has been changed every 4000 miles. Now done 70,000 miles.
The car drives without the usual rattles and bangs, in fact behaves better than my Honda Exige ever did!
I would like this car to go to a good home. It has been well looked after and wanted for nothing. Looking for £11,995 ono.
