thanks very much, i was struggling to see it in the 1st pic but the 2nd is obvious. How is it attached?

It’s attached with nylon bolts (yep, nylon - so they snap off before the spoiler does in the event of a …).

For fitting, the spoiler is taken off, & drilled where the bolts will fit through. On the inside of the spoiler, you bond in some “threaded plates”, so the bolts go through the splitter & the spoiler, before screwing into said plates.

All the bits are supplied.
