ECU Master Black

Anyone wired in the two wide-band sensor wires to the brown plug when doing this ECU master dedicated 2zz install?

just installed this ECU and new wide-band sensor to my S2 2zz SC 2007.

scheduled for dyno in 3 weeks.

just a vac pipe and a wide-band sensor to plug into oem harness. don’t want to damage ecu plug this close to tune but would like to hand it over as a running car ready for the tune.

if anyone has any procedures or ways to go about it please?

all the best

Paul

Hi Paul, you may need this: Lotus Lambda Link Loom for EMU Black 2zz DBW PnP ECU — Road Race Rally Trading Limited

This allows you to use the four wires from the factory O2 sensors which means you then only need to add 2 pins into the ECU plug for the 2 additional wires needed for the wideband.

There are a couple of diagrams here which may also help: Lotus – Google Drive

Oh, and although not strictly EMU related, BOE have a guide for installing their REV400 kit and it includes steps to depin and repin the OEM connectors:

Good luck!

thanks Fonzey.

completed the install thanks.

everything connected but wont start.

Grrrrrr.

plug the oem ecu and bang first time.

not hearing the fuel pump prime on ignition key that you hear on oem.

does make a single beep once key flicked on and cranks over but that is all.
