Wow looks nice.
I felt the weight of an S1 exige front clam in carbon at Pheonix the the other week. It was a very noticable difference in weight as in more than i thought it would be vs standard.
Oh god! I could build a carbon exige!
Off looking for cheap S1’s and bent civics
Oh and a socket set.
First thought is that is relatively cheap.
But I am sure those are the photos from that HK company who have advertised in the past. So where are the parts actually coming from?
The wing mounting requires clarification and if I was buying it I would not want to see the 2 sheets material join on the rear quarter like that.
Does look cheap, but where are the doors?
No doors or sills included and their website states delivery is ‘not straight forward’. Plus, the background in the pics ain’t Yorkshire (as per the advert). Also, the wing in pic 1 (of PH ad) is not the same as pics 2 on. There’s 32 pics here - http://www.carbenfibrecreations.co.uk/product.php?id_product=269
If a respray is 3.5k this seems like a pretty good option, I’m tempted!
Although it’s not clear on tax and delivery.
What does anybody think about a black carbon Exige with red doors/sills (if carbon doors aren’t available)?
Accident damage could be tricky, no? And what happens to carbon in the sun and over time?
Ian
I think it will look brilliant and just use wrap on the rest
IIRC These “kits” were originally produced in Australia for the factory, & could be bought for 12K plus. This is going back to 2004/2005 so my memory is a bit hazy (!!!), but I also think that the original doors were retained.
Although it all looks great, I personally wouldn’t want it, & Ian makes a good point in his final sentence.
Finally, after 5813 posts!

Then post 5814 spoils it again!! LOL
Advert now removed!
I know the owner of the guy who made this kit in Hong kong but they are definately not cheap!!! Since they now focus on parts for Merc and Porker…
Sun wouldn’t be a problem in the uk surely, rain however…
Slave labour?
Still on their website.
