Anyone had this problem before? On my Exige S, the drivers door has started dropping when its opened. When Getting out of the car and opening the door from the inside you can feel it drop as soon as it unlatches. Not a major problem but its one of those annoying things!
Is the door adjustable on the main hinge?

The door can be adjusted to get the shut lines correct in front to back and in/out directions. If the door drops as you open it, it sounds like something is loose?
Mine does exactly the same thing. It’s about to run out of warranty so I’m going to try and have it sorted under warranty (with a bunch of other annoying things)

Yes mine does this as well and its only 8 months old! Its been annoying me for a few weeks and now seems to be getting worse week by week.
Looks a pretty simple adjustment to get it back into line though. And, whilst I’m doing that I think I’ll also pack the hinge with synthetic grease (if possible) so hopefully minimising any further “wear”.

Are you sure its wear? That would seem very excessive on an 8 month old car.
I’ll probably get to the bottom of the problem once I start the adjustment. But I agree, the door shouldn’t need to be adjusted at all after only 8 months. Maybe I’ll take it back to the dealer just to be safe.
