Fair play, Ben - really hope you’re there on the 27th… I’m beginning to smell the curry… 
99.5 for me last night apparantley, and yes the dreaded black flag came out 
first time I’ve been black flagged. suspect it was something to do with the fact that I was following Ben who sounding like he was bouncing off the limiter - although I did have to back off a few times whilst he was playing to the crowd

The flag came out for me on the first lap! with second place at 103db, the marshall told me that he was still waiting for the guy that tripped the meter at 106db!
Thanks for helping out last night Marc, we have only met a couple of times and I was a bit forward in asking for a lift for the guys…just my style apologies.

Shit Marc I did not realise that you had been black flagged, sorry to hear that. I was behind a properly loud S2 it must have been him that was louder - he was half way down the straight and I could hear him over my car at full chat with my lid on

No problem damon I was going that way, I wouldn’t fancy a seventy mile trip on the floor in the back of the van without a window and fresh air 
but I kept them amused with few lotus bits thrown in the back.

It’s ok phil built me a reversable exhaust, like the bond number plate thing and we short shifted for the rest of the evening (that will be why the car looked slow) :whistle:

Cheers Jonny, luckly it wasn’t a mechanical failure so we managed to stop right next to a fire marshall. The cars now in the safe hands of JSRacing, so should know the damage soon.
It’s a full plumbed in extinguisher system next for me, have you still got the spare switch rings

Funny you should say that, I spoke to John yesterday about fitting an extinguisher to mine whilst the car is there. If you get JSRacing to do the work maybe John can get a deal on two kits…
Well whatever you decide if I have the spare parts you need then they are gifted and available at my pleasure. Let me know? Personally I found it rather fun DIY over winter.
Just make sure you fit gas as you’ll never hear the end of it from Pesky :whistle:
