Dolomites Street X

Anyone so crazy to reach Italy for the next edition of Dolomites Street during the first week end of October?

Don’t know about it. Tell more, but since we are passing through early September, it is unlikely

More than 1000 sport/ supercars (min 250 hp or lightweight Lotus), 8 mountain passes and over 200km of driving up and down the Dolomites… and the police happy to stop other cars to let us pass. Once a year, Dolomites are for us!

And it is for free!!!

Come on… Dolomites are not far away!

I was there in the winter for the first time and found it staggeringly beautiful.

Sounds like receipe for accidents and arguements.
Is there any regukation at all how close cars get to one another? (I might be tempted…)

Accidents? Yes, usually Lambo and Ferrari driven by hipsters.

Rules? Not at all. But you can keep your own pace. People are stopping also for pictures. If someone arrives from behind, you can let him pass. Most of accidents are referred to single cars losing control.

Last year under the rain there were several accidents.

I did not have the perception to risk an accident due to somebody else, but just because of me.

I think that it is more dangerous to drive on those roads in August due to the heavy traffic.
