The Aerocatches are very good. You need quite a bit of clearance under the bonnet tho as they go quite deep (approx 1") under the bonnet compared to normal bonnet pins that just sit on top.
You can lock them too, for extra safety/security.

I hope you find your Exige soon, there’ll be one out there for you.
Just to try and make you feel worse thommo , I knew some of the guys at Ford who came up with the Puma. They were real driving fans who were basically given a Fiesta and told to make it a real fun thing. As far as I’m concerned the 5*s EVO gave it were well earned.
I’d left by the time the Racing Puma was being bought about but I got the impression the same bunch of guys were given a Puma and told to make it really fun.
