I think Uldis means that the vote could be rigged, and therefore is probably not representative or fair…

This is useless, evrytime I connect (broadband, but I suspect any kind of dialup would be the same) I can vote again.

Yep your dead right Uldis, i checked the source coding of the PHP page and it only checks on the IP address, so if you use dial up or DHCP assigned broadband you can vote as many times as the IP changes.

That also makes any poll useless and meaningless too
