I hope that was a joke lol. Fairy washing up liquid actually cuts through your paint and will do so eventually. Doesnt have any nutrients in it either, might be kind to hands, not to paint lol.
I use gravy.
Bisto - of course, cos that OxO stuff is a bit dodgey.
For the wheels & windscreen, a Brillo pad works wonders.
