Customer service at Lotus

I seem to remember there being a Complimentary Customer Service at Lotus or something similar… I had my front indicators replaced last year when they fell out (car was out of warranty) and had to fill in a form called Complimentary service???
I only ask because Im trying to find someone at the factory who I can discuss a warranty issue with as the aftersales dept havent replied to any emails

But it’s not Lotus’s fault that you need a new loom is it, as the original wasn’t faulty? Or have I got the wrong of the stick there, Marc?

yep, the kit comes with a brand new loom, which was faulty it’s now been 6 weeks and they still have no date for a replacement, i am quickly running out of patience! I really need my car back now as my g/friends megane is off the road and we’ve had to rent a car.

I know for a fact that lotus bods read this board so if you see this you have one seriously peeved customer!!

Plans on the other hand have been great
