Hope Ben had an enjoyable trip back home - car looked fab
Come on then, what colour were the wheels ?
Just got in. The wheels are black and very shiny and you know what…they look ace. I actually think I prefer it I’ll put up some pics at the weekend.
Coming down the M40 I could not resist have a small detour on some Warwickshire roads I know quite well and the car feels awesome. I phoned my Father who lives in that area (basically in the middle of nowhere) to see if he was around and when he confirmed he was 5mins later I was screaming past his house at 9000rpm He preferred the black wheels too and I’m sure he loves it really when I buzz his house, saves ringing the doorbell.
I need to get it on circuit but from my little hoon I can confirm it certainly appears to stop ok! I’ll have to tear out the pages in my excuses book about having brake issues now.
Great to see the guys for a curry too and a very good curry it was too.
Also of course, the usual thanks to John, Sean and Wayne at JSRacing for another great job…cheers lads.
Yes Dave I’ll give it a wash and get the camera out at the weekend.
Yes, basically it’s Sean’s old setup so AP 4-pots on the front and then the 2-pots on the back. Re handbrake, let’s just say that the cabin now contains an A/C button and a handbrake that are similarly effective
Here you go lads. I’m afraid there was not much time to be very creative because I was trying to wash the car and take the pics before my little one woke up from his nap.
Before some tosser chips in - yes I know my bush needs a trim and no that’s not my metro.
