Planning on going to the same place we went last year ‘The Red Fox’ in Tarporley http://www.redfoxindiancuisine.com/ - personally I thought it was fantastic !

Ahh… just gone to book & LOT hints that perhaps not the best track to start on! So i’ve gone for the Stowe Novice/Int Eve 7th of May. I wouldn’t want to slow anyone up! :wink: What are your thoughts as I am a newbie!!

Do them both, but make sure you get instruction first thing at Oulton. Oulton is fabulous, but can bite, so instruction will be worth every penny - iirc correctly, your first session will be free anyway, but probably worthwhile booking a couple sessions for the day. On a LOT you’ll be fine, as everyone is very courteous, & we all remember that we were once novices.

As Rob says, you’ll have a great time whatever, take it nice and easy - nothing to prove to anyone.
