I have a bullet cam stuck to the dash with velcro linked to an archos mpeg4 hard disc recorder located in the footwell very neat install in and out in a matter of seconds,used it last year on a trip to tuscany came in very helpful when getting nicked for speeding coming out of the mont blanc tunnel!

on track, if you have velcro fixing your bullet cam, you need to fix it in another way ie Duck tape aswell

Never had any trouble with it RE coming loose during the fastest cornering(it is in the car not outside)

anyone using bullet cams and if so what mounting system are you using?
I’ve been using a headband designed for skiing with the camera, and mounting it around the passengers headrest. Sounds a bit rough, but its worked on 4 outings so far. See "bullet Camera Head-band on this page
For this year I’m going for a bit of an upgrade. At the Autosport show I bought one of the flat panel mounts with suction cups from Goldstar Racecam. See the bottom of this page
