CRP vs sports cat

trying to get to the bottom of what difference the two make. Ive always had the sports cat fitted and never used the CRP thats in the garage gathering dust…

Is there a measurable difference and if so how easy is it to fit the CRP and remove the cat - any gotchas to be aware of??

If the nuts haven’t ceased you should be alright.

You might want to replace the gaskets at either end to ensure a gas free fit (I got a slug from a leak and it wasn’t pleasant). I believe they’re a std Rover item of a few pence.
