Do any of the Pooh Bahs, (or carpel tunnels, or anyone else I suppose) out there think it might be worth telling Lotus about our get together?
If it will in fact be one of the largest gatherings of Exiges ever, they may want to be involved in some way, ie. send along one of their instructors, or who knows what. (wishfull thinking perhaps…)
Just a thought…then again maybe we don’t want them to know.

The factory should know by now about Croft - although at this stage I can’t confirm this, or otherwise. I’ll chase it through in the next few days.

Reminds me of when Subaru would send spies to SIDC track days… and cross them off the warranty list
That’s sort of what I was thinking, but Lotus clearly designed the Exige for trackdays…how could they justify having a problem with folks using them for what they were intended?

I really don’t think Lotus would try to void a warranty claim, just because a car had been tracked. If the ECU revealed “abuse” (eg not running in per the manual), then that may well be a different matter!
agreed… the exige is actively touted by its maker as a track-day weapon…
