Crash helmet?

So my current crash helmet is rather old and I have decided I need to replace it, I am, as most of us are low on funds… So this is what I would like but welcome advice
Snell 2010 (Is it worth it for trackdays?)
HANS compatible (Is it better to get one pre done even if I don’t have a HANS?)
Suitable for go karting as well
Prefer black
I would like it to be light

I have looked at Simpson but funds don’t really go to that.

I have been looking at getting a helmet too and found the V2 Elite is snell SA2010 available in black and only £199

For the amount of use it will get Ade, maybe worth waiting 'til things pick up & you can get the one you want, rather than compromise now?

In all the trackdays i’ve done there has never been a crash helmet inspection…

I think you might be right, I might well just buy cheap now as it will be better than what I have, then do some decent research and save some cash up for new harnesses and HANS etc
