My only concern with repairing that is; is the windscreen surround OK? That’s a major part of your roll-over protection, I wouldn’t want to think it was slightly fractured.

Dan from Jude Performace Services is due within the hour to pickup and take the car back to his workshop. He reckons the quote for the insurance company will be ready sometime next week. I’m hoping from there the insurance company will make a decision pretty quickly so the work can begin.

Yeah I can imagine the screen surround being a right pig to do as its all bonded on. However I know that some S1 elises had bolt on screen surrounds, so maybe one of these could be used.

The insurance company didn’t dispute and ordered the go ahead on repairs.
I’ll post piccies of the result when complete.
