I remember (foolishly) trying to hang on to a 12C at Donington that was giving passenger rides. He was probably taking less than a second a lap off me but when we both came back in to the pits I fell out of the car in a sweaty exhausted mess, the pair of them could have walked straight in to a restaurant. Impressive machine.
There’s something quite exciting knowing there’s a car out there that would most likely lap it!
