Has anyone experienced the air con failing because of electrics? When I switch mine on the relay under the bonnet clicks, but the compressor clutch doesn’t engage and the engine management unit doesn’t “up” the idle speed as it previously did. I don’t know whether this could be linked to the repeated fuse blowing I get for the ECU ( seperate post) Any ideas?

I think i am right in saying that if the system has lost pressure, ie lost gas, a switch activates and stops the clutch engaging. Get it pressure tested, mines the same
