I’m having a bit of a boring day at work today, and it got me thinking about weather it would be possible to add a supercharger to an Audi converted Exige?
Would it be possible to fit a small supercharger above the engine or inlet manifold with the belt at the drivers side of the car, the air feed coming from the passenger side of the car, and the charged air going straight to the turbo intake?
Dude you should know by now that compound charging doesn’t work, ask the experts on Seloc or Lotus Talk. Those guys know all there is to making things go fast better…
Come on you want the lag and peaky short power band a turbo alone will give you if you want any real power.

Surely a straight transplant from an Audi TT RRS sould/should be a goer?? ( no pun intended)
[quote=Greg_]so if you were to go for a setup like this, how would you stop the smaller supercharger from being restrictive at the top end…?

Dude where have you been for the last three years ?
That is how I run my compound setup and there is no restriction anywhere. The blower is a boost multiplier…
All of this is on www.Lotussport.org join in “read up” and ask questions so that I don’t have to repeat everything I’ve posted…
Dude if you can’t find anything about my car on Lotus sport you can’t read…
So far from what I can see you are a waste of time between here and Seloc so good luck to ya…
