When I start my ‘new baby’ from cold, she goes straight to about 3000 RPM before going back to circa 1100 RPM. Do all the Yota ‘S’ do this?
Is there anyway I can get some more mechanical sympathy going for the poor old cold engine with nice cold thick oil!, and get the start RPM down to something more sensible?

The 2-11 ecu used in some of the CN upgrades mellows this trait of the standard car … Did on mine at least …
A later upgrade of the map removes that nasty trait, surprised your car hasn’t got it, either the CN or Sincs Gotham tune will sort that out for you 
No probs with the Lotus 240/260 maps
mine still does it, fecking annoying when you start up as everyone thinks you’re giving it the beans and want to race. I’d have thought my Sincs remap would have removed it ??
No problem on mine with CN upgrade
They all still rev a bit, but not as high as the early cars, mine was really bad revving and hold at ~3kfor a second or so before dropping down, now it revs to <2k with a blip.
