Wondered if anyone here was planning to go to the Lotus day at Castle Combe on May 26th, I intend to go and spectate (I don’t know about track access to non club members and I’m too novice to try just yet anyway Go on call me chicken ) But it would be great to meet some other owners/enthusiasts from near and far, especially from this site and put faces to avatars.
Am not going myself this year, but it is probably the second biggest gathering of Lotus cars in the country, after Donington.
I suspect the track day is fully booked now, and you do have to be a member to go on track. Anyone can just turn up for nowt to watch though.
There are plenty of first timers, so just get chatting to folk on the day, and I’m sure you’ll be back next year.
