As im supposedly moving to the states at the begining of next year, my car had to be immaculate to get through customs/import so decided to give to scuffers to give it a good work over and make it as good/better than new.
Anyway car was stripped back to bare chassis and had complete rebuild from scratch.
1st all 4 corners were rebuilt, using New Eliseparts Wishbones which are both lighter and stronger than the standard S1 exige versions, it has S2 GT Uprights with S2 Bearing packs, and Ertalon Bushes.
Also Scuffers had my Nitrons completely rebuilt using Eibach springs, and to his specifications.
Front end has Eliseparts motorsport ARB and 4 pot calipers, New undertray, New steering arms and rebuilt rack. HID Driving Lamps also.
Whilst the rear of the car had the subframe taken off, stripped down and passivated, looks very bling in gold, new toe links fitted also.
Interior wise all I have changed is the Belts to FIA approved 5 point harnesses rest is standard.
Engine Bay has has new engine mounts, New road car 4-1 manifold, New throttle body and porting work on the JRSC castings. New oil cooler lines, new fuel pipe lines and New intank fuel pump.
No piccies of the manifold but here underneath and plenty of heat shielding.
Weve had wheels custom made which are 7j fronts and 9.5j Rears, Ive put Khumo V70A tyres on them which Dave_oz recommended which are 205 fronts and 255 rears, just for a bit more grip you understand.
Well its taken some time and me annoying scuffers with loads of phone calls and ideas, some of which as still work in progress, more to come on that at a later date we finally got round to dynoing it today, heres the results.
