Rather dented my alloy on a pot-hole yesterday, bloke at the garage says knocking out alloys is a no no, but I�m sure this can�t be the case?
Trouble is, if not, this is the only wheel I can find for sale aanywhere…

I have done it in the past lump of wood and big hammer, my o/h Celica has limnited edition Momo’s on and everyone is buckled on the inside edge as the alloy is too soft, just get it carefully balanced and stick it on the back 
I had a similar problem with my Celica, the one bit of advice that my tyre fitter gave me was don�t do it in the winter when the wheels are cold because they may crack, do it on a warm summers days and all should be ok , I did this and it knocked out fine
