Going to get the wheels refurbished to get rid of all the brake dust deposits. Can’t shift them with any chemicals or scrubbing so going to need stripping.
At the same time thinking of having the calipers painted. Have the 4pots on the front and original 2pots on the rear.

Any thoughts on colours?

Red would be nice but a bit ‘safe’. Yellow could work but they always seem to look tatty and with the PF pads suspect they look terrible in no time at all.
Lime green, perhaps too much? Orange? Just stick with black? Or just not be a tart and leave them as the are?

I still chuckle about that sometimes, what a top exiger we still miss him.

Love that body colour really suits the S2 :slight_smile:

Personally would go for a dark colour as the brake dust soon tarnishes the appearance - dark red or black would be my choice but brown sounds good :slight_smile:

With hard worked PF pads it’s a no win situation surely.

Yeah I reckon anything but the original black finish would look horrendous in no time with PF brake dust.
