Cadwell Trackday 1st May

Seems a little too much northern influence coming into play here [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image]Am booked in at the Windmill and will be heading north up the A1 via M11/A14 PM on the 30th - anybody else doing the same ?David

Ally - just, if you go the fun way to Chesterfield that is.If there are going to be a few of us going from the North West, do folks fancy meeting at our usual (M6 J21) and travelling to Chesterfield together? [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/cool.gif[/image]

Guys - just re-read some of the posts on this thread and hadn’t previously appreciated that you were all getting together the day before and stopping close to the circuit the night before…I only have a pass for the day…so Im going to have to leg it down in the morning in a convoy of my own…see you there.

DavidStaying at the windmill…se ya there!

Bruno, it doesn’t look like it would take too long to get from Hull to the M6 J21 if you took the M62. At a rough guess, normally under 2hrs although may well take quite a bit longer as you’ll be arriving at rush hour, docking at 8.00am.Maybe see you there then. Full steam ahead - choo, choo! What is the official meet time in Chesterfield?Where abouts in Chesterfield??Giles

hey Ally…cheers…chooo chooo…he-he…well, I’m gona try to avoid the rush hour…hope you will find your way to J21.cheers,Bruno

Any chance of you guys leaving M6 J21 at 1pm so that I can join in the fun…how many are staying at the Haywain ?

oi Keith, long time no hear…yeah, not bad 'cause that would give Ally even more time to choo choo along to get there… [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image] [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image] [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image] [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image] and me for having something to eat at the pubcheers,Bruno

Haywain - at least 5 of us so far [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image] quote:Originally posted by Bruno:… and me for having something to eat at the pubBruno, not being funny, but you would be better to join us in Chesterfield - otherwise you’ll be driving about 200 extra miles for no proper reason, plus you can then have a relaxing lunch with Bran & Pip [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif[/image]

quote:What is the official meet time in Chesterfield? Where abouts in Chesterfield??Hi Giles! We were aiming for 14:00 in Chesterfield. WRT to location, I’ll give this some thought, but it would help to know which direction the people who are joining us in Chesterfield are coming from. Giles? Bran, will you be coming from the mmm-mmm-mmm1 direction? Anyone else? [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image]Keith, 13:00 may be pushing it a little if we’re to avoid getting caught up in late afternoon / rush hour traffic later on. Would 12:30 be late enough for you to join us? Alternatively, if you’re coming from the south, would it be easier for you to meet us en route at Hazel Grove at around 12:30 / 12:45? If the consensus is to leave J21 at 13:00, we’ll have to rethink the meet time in Chesterfield, as J21 to Chesterfield the fun way in 1 hour isn’t possible even at two in the morning with no regard for your licence! Right we are now back in town and I have just had the good news that Georgiou’s will be back with me tomorrow YEHA!!For once I have to bow down in shame and admit that the Lancastrian is right this time Bruno, So how about you just aim for here http://www.fibrecity.co.uk/Pages/company/location.html its only 6 miles from where we met last time and if any one else wants to join us then please feel free.We will be leaving Leeds no later than 12:00 to meet up at Chesterfield for 1400 so that should give us time for a pie and a pintAnybody know of a pub in Chesterfield close to the M1 ?B&P [This message has been edited by Brannan (edited 23 April 2002).]

I am absolutely disgusted 'cause it might be that they don’t let me on the track due to the fact that my license is NOT in English…I mean what a bunch of tassers…it’s not Jonnies fault. he suggested to fax me license directly to them to have it translated but I don’t think that this is gona work out because surely why should they do that? he also suggested that the Embassy might help me to translate the contents and the status although I’m not sure wheter they will do that. I know for a fact a lazy they are…bagger…
