I am about to upgrade my S1 Elise to a S2 Exige. My budget will only stretch to an older/higher mileage vehicle. Apart from the obvious checks (i.e. HPI, Service History etc) are there any other mechanical or visual inspections I should perform which are particular to the S2? (i.e. any known problems to look out for?) - Thanks in advance

Regarding the S2 there is nothing particular to check which is out of the ordinary. Just check for a cared for car with good history and no crash damage and you’ll be fine.
