brake pads.

Taking advantage of the easter break to fit some new pagids all round, before i start are there any tips please?

TIA marc.

My tip would be anti rattle shims. I don’t have any on mine at the minute and a couple of times on each journey you just notice that the front pads are starting to rattle. Cover the brake pedal and it calms them down. I really should get it sorted.

Got the shims with the pads free of charge already!

I like to listen to Frank Wilson - Do I love you (Indeed I Do).

Update- Brake pads were very easy to do,even for someone who’s more akin to working with wood like me!
Pagid’s feel like a marked improvement over original pads, especially impressed with the initial bite.
Is fitting of braided hoses a difficult job?Clam off?A friend andd i did them on my last S2 ST and that was a bit of a pig!
What brake fluid shouldd i be looking to upgrade to?
