Sincs have done it again, pulled out all the stops and my car is back to its rude health, the clutch and new engine mounts will take some getting used to and it’s now quieter due to the silenced crp, which will help with the noise police, did 80 miles in it last night and all seems well

I saw Ades car yesterday when I picked up my car from Sinclaires, it looked very nice.
Glad it’s all sorted.
I’ve gained another 15lb/ft of torque in the midrange which was what I was really after and about 10hp overall, not as much as I was hopping for. I think it is still around the 300hp mark, but as we know all these things are relative speed in a straight line is were it counts

i just read your post ! and i wonder which engine mount did you put on your car ? any vibration ?
have you a graph of the last dyno with the torque ?

I had fitted a similar mount insert system to the ones Lotus supply, got them off ebay of all places �50 delivered which I thought was good. As for vibration it is a little harsher at idle and any judder from the clutch on take up is worse but actual driving they seem fine.
The improvements are vast though no more swaying engine around behind you which is well worth the trade off in extra vibration
I will try to get the dynos scanned and posted.
