Does some one know where to find a drawing or a template of the boot bulkhead (nr.4) that unfortunately
is missing on my car?
Some pictures of the part would be eventually helpful too.

Find a suitably sized piece of cardboard and make a template?
That would be my approach then, once I was happy with it, get an aluminium one laser-cut and bent.
This is surprisingly cost-effective for one-off parts - and means you can always have more made to sell!
Because of the pandemic the car is unfortunately out of reach, therefore I was asking if someone would have a template
or a drawing of the part.

What grade aluminium did your fabricator use? Something like 6061 or 6082 will have an excellent corrosion resistance without further anodising.
We used a Peraluman plate (AlMg3), because it is more malleable.
For corrosion resistance, but mainly for esthetic reasons, it will be anodized anyway.
5083?
As far as I know it could be 5083.
