whos the best people to speak to, to repair the rear clam. possible other damage… exhaust through to manifold? etc and curtosy car etc… insurance is trying to send brother to back street garage that will do have a job like a cowboy
In any event, don’t be surprised if there is a delay in obtaining parts, especially a clam!
As far as I am aware, the Policyholder can decide who undertakes the repair, not the Insurer.
