Bleedin' brakes !!

OK who knows what I’m doing wrong ??Changed my hoses for braided, can’t believe that some things are even more difficult than working on a mini [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image] but I now have a very special 17mm spanner !!OK problem is I now dont have any brakes [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/frown.gif[/image]I know about turning the rear piston back in and have done all that stuff but the pedal almost goes all the way to the floor and the fronts just dont work at all - or they didn’t until I bled the fronts with the handbrake on … - is this a pointer ??Pedal still on the floor and no real power at all [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/frown.gif[/image]Any ideas ?? Thanks !!

OK I solved it …In case anyone is interested it was the handbrake … you have to pump it a few (15) times with the bleed open and make sure fluid drains back into the caliper out of your bleed pipe on each rear side.I dunno, but I’m sure someone does … anyhow its fixed [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image]Still feels a little spongy though …
