Black S2 Supercharged Exige | NOW SOLD

With regret Im forced to sell the car Ive owned for the last 4 years due to personal circumstances. Its been my daily driver and has thus been maintained by Lotus Specialists Steve Williams and Essex Autosport (aka Sinclaires) with no expense sparred over the years (well over 15k+ of receipts). Its a seriously quick road car which has been modified using only the best and most respected components. The engine has been extremely reliable and only failed to start when the snow finally killed the battery this winter, it has no history of engine defects or failures and has never missed a service. Not in a hurry to sell, Ive priced the car fairly and will sell to someone who is as enthusiastic about the car as me. The car has just been serviced (this week) and taxed, tyres will last another 10k miles and brakes are in excellent condition so new owner can expect minimal outlay for the next 12 months .

Great spec car for the price im sure you will find it a nice home!

Seriously cheap!

Someone is gonna get a massive bargain!

Good luck with the sale and sorry you have to get rid.

Cheers

Dan

TOO cheap by far!!!

Take off all those expensive goodies, sell them for about 4k and then keep the price the same!

Very sorry for you that you are having to let it go… :frowning:

It’s a fair price and priced to sell.

Agreed … underpriced imo …
Should sell quickly tho ,if that’s what you want ?

Sorry your having to let it go :frowning:

Hope you get back in another soon.

You have a PM

Shame :frowning:

The vultures start to circle !!! Why is it everytime someone sells a car with some nice bits we all (me included) think ‘them wheels would do me nicely’

Good luck with the sale - you’ll be back one day

You can make a cheeky offer for bits and pieces. Pretty simple to swap wheels, if you want other bits you need to come with an offer that includes removal & fitting of items. Got a mate (Elise Trophy Racer) whose handy with a spanner and can probably swap my Nitrons for some beer money.

very tempting, who do you insure with, could be worth me getting a quote to see if it’d b reasonable given all the mods!?

Give CCI or Adrian Flux a call, they’ve been competitive in the past and its not crazy money.

Richard Eggar insurance always come up trumps for me and include 4 trackdays a year

Car is now sold, went to the first person who viewed it.

They have a good deal …

Shame it had to go :frowning: who was the lucky punter soeone from here?

Sorry that you had to let it go. Someone’s going to have a lot of fun with that.

Had a couple of questions for you. Interested to know where you got the heated screen, and if it was a direct fit for the S2? Also interested in the flat splitter and who did that for you?

Cheers

Funny I was just about to ask about the windscreen?
